Q: Does The price include set up and delivery ?

A: Yes the first 20 miles are free. after that is $2 per extra mile

Q: What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

A: Drop off time will be between 8am-12pm

and pick up times between 7pm-10pm

Q:Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes we do a $30 Non refundable deposit is require .

Q:What payments do you take?

A:Payment is due on delivery day . if booking online there is an option to pay with cards . a convenience fee will be applied.

Q:Are we responsible for the inflatable bounce house or water slide if it gets damaged in any way?

A: Yes, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (not turning off the inflatable in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc , which can cost thousands of dollars. We never want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules, and waiver so you will understand what can not be done.

Q:Do you deliver to other parts around lynchburg?

A:Yes , we deliver to Bedford, Madison heights, Appomattox ,Altavista, Rustburg , Evington, Forest ,Concord ,Goode, Gladys, Lynch station , Huddleston, Brookneal ,Spout spring, Roanoke, Etc.
