Q: Does The price include set up and delivery ?

A: The first 10 miles are free , please check your address before booking and it will let you see the total price .

Q: What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

A: Drop off time will be between 6am-12pm

and pick up times between 6pm-9pm

Q:Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes , a $30 non-refundable deposit is required.

Q:What payments do you take?

A: Payment is due on delivery day . we accept cash and if booking online there is an option to pay with cards .

Q: Are we responsible for the inflatable bounce house or water slide if it gets damaged in any way?

A: Yes, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (not turning off the inflatable in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc , which can cost thousands of dollars. We never want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules, and waiver so you will understand what can not be done.
